At LOEN HOME, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Here is all the information regarding our shipping conditions.


DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver in mainland France.

We plan to extend our deliveries to the European Union and internationally soon. Stay tuned for new available destinations!


DELIVERY TIMES

Mainland France

5 to 10 business days after validation and dispatch of your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.

Note: Delays may vary during busy periods (sales, end-of-year holidays, special promotions). We will keep you informed in case of exceptional delays.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • A unique tracking number
  • A tracking link to track your package in real time
  • The shipping date
  • The delivery date

You will then be able to track the progress of your order until it is delivered.


RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Verification upon delivery

We recommend that you check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In case of a damaged package, refuse delivery or make written reservations on the delivery note.

Damaged or incomplete package

If you notice damage or missing items after opening the package, contact us immediately at contact@loenhome.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged package and product
  • A description of the problem

We will process your request as soon as possible.


DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Lost package

If your package has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, contact us at contact@loenhome.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect delivery address

Ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. LOEN HOME cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you wish to modify the delivery address after validating the order, contact us immediately. We will not be able to modify the address if the package has already been shipped.

Absence during delivery

In case of absence during delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery. You will then have the option to:

  • Pick up your package at the indicated relay point
  • Schedule a new delivery
  • Authorize the package to be left with a neighbor
