These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all product sales made on the loenhome.com website.

Placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCTS

The products offered are those listed on the loenhome.com website, within the limits of available stock. LOEN HOME reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time.

Each product is presented with a detailed description, photographs, and the price in euros including all taxes (TTC).

ARTICLE 4 - PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros including all taxes (TTC). LOEN HOME reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, on the understanding that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the order.

ARTICLE 5 - ORDER

The buyer places an order on the loenhome.com website by following the online ordering process. Validation of the order signifies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.

Any order implies acceptance of these GTCS.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

Payment is made online securely by:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Other payment methods offered by Shopify Payments

Payment is due immediately upon order. The order will only be validated after effective receipt of the payment.

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

7.1 Delivery zones

Products are delivered in Metropolitan France.

7.2 Delivery times

Delivery times are 5 to 10 working days after order validation. These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

  • Free delivery.
7.4 Order tracking

A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch.

ARTICLE 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

8.1 Return Policy

To exercise this right, the buyer must notify their decision to contact@loenhome.com and return the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unused.

8.2 Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

8.3 Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as used for the order.

8.4 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for unsealed or used products for hygiene reasons.

ARTICLE 9 - LEGAL GUARANTEES

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY

LOEN HOME cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the contract in case of stock shortage, product unavailability, or force majeure.

ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA

Personal data saved is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management. In accordance with the GDPR, the buyer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data by contacting contact@loenhome.com .

ARTICLE 12 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the loenhome.com website (texts, images, logos, brands) are the exclusive property of LOEN HOME and are protected by intellectual property law.

ARTICLE 13 - APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These GTCS are subject to French law . In case of dispute, and after attempting to find an amicable solution, only the French courts will have jurisdiction.
